In the artwork on the left, you will notice two arms reaching out to each other. The upper arm, of course, represents God, always reaching out to us, ready to assist whenever we call upon him; his arm is fully extended toward us. This is a powerful symbol because God is always reaching out to us. The lower arm represents the people who are the inspiration for this ministry; those who feel they have been forced from their church for any variety of reasons. They are those souls that have been burnt in the hot coals of conflict and are buried in the ashes, still caring, still loving and still reaching out to God but at this time not ready to fully extend their arm to meet his hand. Again, this is a symbol of their willingness to serve their God but just not at this time. Not until healing has taken place in their lives.
